Estoy contento con el servicio del vendedor. Ha llegado en perfecto estado y cumple totalmente con su descripción. Pero, este portátil viene todo con software chino, no viene con disco de drivers, ni software con licencia. Será un gran problema para el comprador que no sea chino. No recomiendo comprar a un europeo o latinoamericano. El software Windows es totalmente en chino. No viene información, no drivers en el aparato. Falta información.
